Like other organisations across South Australia and the world, SA Housing Authority (which includes Housing SA) is responding to the COVID-19 situation based on the latest information available.
We are committed to the health and safety of our staff and our customers, while continuing to provide our important housing services.
In the interests of customer and staff safety during the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, we are asking our customers to please phone us on 131 299 ☏ (or 131 288 ☏ for maintenance inquiries) rather than coming into our Housing SA offices.
This change is part of our commitment to social distancing, to stop the spread of COVID-19. We are continuing to provide our vital housing services, but are doing more over the phone instead of face-to-face in the interests of health and safety.
If you have an existing appointment with Housing SA, please phone us on 131 299 ☏ to find an alternative arrangement to a face-to-face meeting. We acknowledge that the current circumstances are inconvenient and frustrating, and thank you for cooperating and working with us during this difficult time.
- Housing SA home visits are being reduced and stopped wherever possible, and we are doing as much as we can via telephone
- Non-essential face-to-face meetings and appointments will be postponed wherever possible
- Customers can still visit our offices but this should be avoided unless critical – please call us on 131 299 ☏ whenever possible.
We will continue to monitor the latest available information, and make changes as required.
