We're excited to announce that 19 new, modern affordable homes will soon be built in Dover Gardens, a great location just minutes from Brighton beach.

In partnership with Scott Salisbury Homes, this project will help more South Australians break into the housing market, with two-and-three bedroom homes on sale from $395,436.

These homes are the first of 1000 new affordable homes that will be built as part of the State’s Our Housing Future 2020-30 strategy, with the project also supporting 200 jobs at a much-needed time for the local building and construction industry.
