Oaklands Green, a new $135 million renewal project at Oaklands Park is now one step closer after receiving re-zoning approval.

The project will deliver 665 homes, including upgrading more than 250 social housing properties and creating new affordable housing options.

Construction will being in April, with the first homes to be completed later this year, helping to create a lively and connected community that supports better housing choices for more South Australians.
