Like other organisations across South Australia and the world, SA Housing Authority (which includes Housing SA) is responding to the COVID-19 situation based on the latest information available.
We are committed to the health and safety of our staff and our customers, while continuing to provide our important housing services.
Our offices remain open but if you’ve recently returned from overseas, have been in close contact with someone with COVID-19 or are displaying flu-like symptoms, you need to postpone your visit to our office or your face-to-face appointment.
We are encouraging all customers to call us on 131 299 instead of visiting offices - and we will assist you over the phone.
To promote social distancing as much as possible, we have introduced some changes to the way we do business:
- Home visits are being reduced and stopped wherever possible, and we are doing as much as we can via telephone
- Non-essential face-to-face meetings and appointments will be postponed wherever possible
- Customers can still visit our offices but this should be avoided unless critical – please call us on 131 299 whenever possible.
We will continue to monitor the latest available information, and make changes as required.
We acknowledge that the current circumstances are inconvenient and frustrating. Thank you for cooperating and working with us during this difficult time.
