We want to highlight the great work of Lysh and Nicole, two of our Customer Service Officers at the Salisbury office.

Lysh and Nicole provided extensive service to a customer with complex needs, helping the customer to secure a private rental property with a two year lease.

Their dedication, care and concern guaranteed a successful outcome for the customer, making their transition into a new property as seamless as possible.

While our staff love working in our communities and certainly don't do it for the thanks, it's was a great moment when the customer dropped off a card to show their appreciation for Lysh and Nicole’s commitment and hard work.
