Based in the Riverland, Life Without Barriers focuses on assertive outreach, with a dedicated case management team actively searching the riverbank and surrounding towns to identify and support people rough sleeping.

These regular checks offer kindness and compassion, with the team stopping to discuss ongoing support, access to health and community services and provide emergency supplies and food packages.

Life Without Barriers is committed to ending the cycle of homelessness and improving each individual’s health and social well-being – offering services that are not available elsewhere locally, including access to food supplies, washing, showering and cooking facilities.
