Recovery Centres at both Lobethal and Parndana will be closed from 24 December and will re-open on Monday 4 January 2021, allowing our dedicated staff to enjoy time with their families and friends this Christmas.

To keep everyone safe, this summer we will also not be opening the Recovery Centres on days of Catastrophic or Extreme Fire Danger ratings.

On these high risk days, staff will be working off-site and contactable over the phone – everyone on our database will receive a text message and/or email to let you know if your Recovery Centre will be closed.
