We partnered with Rivergum Homes to deliver the Rise Up at the Plains affordable homes development featuring 22 new affordable homes at Smithfield Plains.
Bentley Road at Blakeview
We have partnered with Fairland Group to deliver the Bentley Road affordable homes development featuring 60 new affordable homes at Blakeview.
Dunorlan Road at Edwardstown
The Dunorlan Road development built by Rivergum Homes offers new homes just minutes from the CBD, beaches, Castle Plaza and public transport.
