Woodville Place Project

The Woodville Gardens Urban Renewal Project (branded as Woodville Place) is located 9km from Adelaide’s CBD and covers an area of approximately 5.2 hectares. The development area is bordered by Hanson Road to the west, Humphries Terrace to the east, Ridley Grove to the north and Eighth Avenue to the south. View map below

Once perceived as an area largely comprised of aged homes with high levels of public housing, in recent years Woodville Gardens and its surrounding areas have undergone a substantial rejuvenation via private development and increased amenity. These improvements in overall suburb presentation have led to an increase in house prices and market demand.

Woodville Place is a new, family-focused, master planned community offering a variety of housing options, including townhouses, villas, and apartments. The development is located between the city and the sea, close to schools, shops, and public transport.

The staged redevelopment of Woodville Place began in 2023 and will create:
