We are building 48 modern apartments in Camden Park.
The Camden Park Apartments are part of the Commonwealth Government’s $2 billion Social Housing Accelerator Payment to deliver thousands of new and refurbished social homes across Australia. The site was already owned by the SA Housing Trust and the new construction replaces dated public housing previously on the site, providing a new fit for purpose apartment building.
The apartments will form a crucial element in the greater renewal of this area of Camden Park, with higher density living creating more space for additional future housing options.
The apartments are expected to be completed in 2027.
