We're upgrading Drew Court, one of our largest properties in the state, to provide modern housing with enhanced comfort and safety for tenants and the surrounding community.

The Oaklands Park project includes refurbishing all 93 units and renewing the surrounding landscaping. Improvements will make the units more energy-efficient, comfortable, and affordable. We're also adding internal laundries and other features to boost safety and amenity.

Once complete, our allocations team will carefully select entirely new tenants, ensuring the right mix of people to create a thriving community.

Initial works, including the demolition of sections to be repurposed, began last week. $20 million of the project is being funded by the Commonwealth Government through the Social Housing Accelerator Payment.
