On 7 September 2023, the Taskforce provided the Minister for Human Services with a recommendation report to improve the housing security of older women in South Australia.
The report has been designed to provide a summary of the problems, considerations, and recommendations across four focus areas:
- New Supply Models and Land Use
- Private Rental
- Services
- Social Housing
The Taskforce identified 40 recommendations across the focus areas that State Government can use to inform an implementation plan. The full recommendation report, as well as a summary version, are available below:
