In preparation for upcoming construction tenders to be released, SA Housing Authority is inviting builders and suppliers to join its pre-qualified builders list. Twenty-six tenders to build 164 homes across South Australia are to be released in February 2024, a step towards bringing thousands of new public housing closer to reality.

More tenders are to follow in May, July, and October to build 350 public housing homes.

The progress of these builds relies on quality of builders and suppliers, who can prepare for this opportunity by applying to be on the pre-qualifying list.
