We have mapped where we will build – or are building - 404 new public housing homes across the state… and more are on the way.

This includes 267 under the government’s Public Housing Improvement Program (PHIP) and 137 being built through our ongoing building programs.

The remaining 170 PHIP homes – bringing the total to 437 homes – will be identified and constructed between now and mid-2026.We have also stopped the sale of 580 public housing properties, meaning a total of 1144 additional public housing homes will be made available over the next four years.
