New maintenance contracts for SA Housing Authority’s 35,000-property portfolio, valued at approximately $115 million per annum, are now open for tender.

The tender, worth more than $900 million over eight years, will support about 800 jobs and provide crucial maintenance services to public housing properties across the state, including in regional SA.

This is a great opportunity for facility management organisations to work with the Authority to support public housing customers under a new model that builds on and improves existing maintenance processes.
