Affordable homes built by leading builder Scott Salisbury Homes for the SA Housing Authority at Quintus Place, Dovar Gardens have won the Building Excellence Award at the Master Builders Awards.

The architecturally designed homes sold quickly for between $395,000 and $445,000 via HomeSeekerSA and are now home to SA families.
