We’re pleased to support a new $10 million, 34-apartment development at Bowden – with at least three quarters of the homes to be sold as affordable housing.

Close to the CBD, tram and train lines, the one-and-two bedroom apartments focus on sustainability - creating homes powered by solar and green energy, with a roof-top garden and excellent rainwater harvesting.

This not-for-profit development with Housing Choices South Australia and Nightingale Housing will assist more South Australians into their own home and support over 700 jobs.

Construction on the Nightingale Bowden development will start in the second half of the year.
